Frequently Asked Questions

We spend it on your hiring, not on us. Where the queue builds, which stage eats the time, what you are doing by hand today. By the end you have our read on whether that is a problem Reena solves, and if it is not, you have saved yourself a procurement cycle.
No. The people on the call are the people who build and roll out the platform, and they are the same people you work with afterwards. There is no sales layer to get through and no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
If it looks like a fit, a longer working session on your actual workflow, and a written proposal within the week: one figure built from your volumes, what it includes, and the implementation plan in weeks. If it does not look like a fit, we say so and leave you alone.
Nothing formal. It helps if you know roughly how many roles you hire for in a year and which stage causes the most delay, but if you are not sure we can work that out on the call. Bring a colleague from IT or procurement if you would rather their questions were answered at the same time.
Most teams we speak to are not, and that is fine. The fifteen minutes exists to work out whether the problem you have is one Reena solves. If the timing is a year away we would rather know now than chase you, and there is no sequence of follow-up emails waiting for you afterwards.
After the demo we set Reena up on roles you are actually hiring for, and calibrate the AI screening and interviews to your standards alongside your team. You see it working on your own candidates rather than on a sample set, which is the only honest way to judge whether it fits.
Please bring them. The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate is public, the DPA is ready to review and the platform is independently penetration tested, so the questions procurement will ask later can be answered on the first call instead. Teams that bring security in early tend to save weeks further down the line.
