Reena uses AI services, including those provided by Microsoft Azure OpenAI and Anthropic, to process recruitment data. This includes tasks such as formatting CVs, analysing job descriptions and interview responses, and generating summaries to support hiring teams.
Data handling
Data processed through these AI services remains within our enterprise infrastructure and is subject to the same security controls as the rest of our platform. We instruct our AI providers not to use customer or candidate data for model training, and we confirm this as part of our vendor assessment process.
Human decision-making
AI-generated outputs in Reena, including scores, summaries, and recommendations, are designed to support human reviewers. Hiring decisions are made by our customers, not by AI.
