Reena uses AI services from the providers listed in Schedule 3 of our Data Processing Addendum, including Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic and AssemblyAI, to process recruitment data. This includes tasks such as formatting CVs, analysing job descriptions and interview responses, and generating summaries to support hiring teams.
Data handling
Our AI providers process data as our sub-processors under written agreements. Some AI processing takes place in the United States, and the full list of locations is in our Data Processing Addendum. We instruct our AI providers not to use customer or candidate data for model training, and we confirm this as part of our vendor assessment process.
Human decision-making
AI-generated outputs in Reena, including scores, summaries, and recommendations, are designed to support human reviewers. Hiring decisions are made by our customers, not by AI.
